Service Areas

Puget Sound Estate Law, PLLC is based in Tacoma, Washington, with a free client parking lot attached to our building as well as ample street parking nearby. We handle probates and estate planning throughout Washington State, and frequently serve clients in Pierce, Thurston, King, Kitsap, and Snohomish Counties.

We love meeting our clients in person, but we also utilize phone and Zoom to help reduce travel time. In addition to our Tacoma office, we have meeting spaces available in University Place and Snohomish County by appointment, and can often arrange meeting space in other counties as needed.

Parking Information - Free Lot

The parking lot attached to our building is reserved for Puget Sound Estate Law employees and our clients.

Parking permits are required. If you did not receive your permit by email, or if you have extra guests with you, please feel free to use our lot and just let our friendly front desk know.

Driving Directions

Driving Directions for in-Person Appointment:

From Seattle, please take I-5 South towards Portland. Use the right lane to take exit 133 for I-705 North. Continue on I-705 North. Keep right to continue toward South Stadium Way. Turn right onto South Stadium Way. Continue on South Stadium Way and then turn left onto South 4th Street. Then, turn right onto Tacoma Ave S, and you will see 215 Tacoma Ave S, Tacoma, WA on the right. Look for the Blue, two story building, with an awning that reads: “ATTORNEYS AT LAW.” Our office is inside!

From Olympia, please take I-5 North toward Seattle. As you approach Exit 133 towards Tacoma City Center, use the right two lanes to take Exit 133. Look for the sign that reads: “North to 705, Tacoma City Center.” Continue onto I-705 North, and keep right to continue towards South Stadium Way. Then, turn right onto South Stadium Way. Continue on South Stadium Way and then turn left onto South 4thStreet. Then, turn right onto Tacoma Ave S, and you will see 215 Tacoma Ave S, Tacoma, WA on the right.
